The use license grants the user the right to use the tactical equipment products in their Roblox game project, but does not grant ownership of the products.• Duration: The use license has no time limit. It is valid as long as the user complies with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If the user violates any of these terms, their license will be cancelled without prior notice and they will be blacklisted.• Personal information: To purchase a license, personal information such as the user's full name and age may be requested. This information will be used solely to process the purchase and verify the user's identity.• Intellectual property: All tactical equipment products are the property of INDUSTRIES | FS and are protected by intellectual property laws. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or modify the tactical equipment products without the express consent of INDUSTRIES | FS.• Liability: The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INDUSTRIES | FS, its affiliates and employees, from any claims related to the unauthorized use of the tactical equipment products. Additionally, the user assumes full responsibility for any damages that may result from the use of the tactical equipment products.• Modification of terms and conditions: INDUSTRIES | FS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be effective from the date they are posted on our website. If the user continues to use the tactical equipment products after the changes are posted, they will be deemed to have accepted the modifications.• Applicable law: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country where INDUSTRIES | FS is located.
